Couple Charged for Abusing and Torturing Newborn

WALNUT HILLS (WKRC) -- A Walnut Hills couple is accused of severely injuring a newborn child. Court documents say 18 year old Larhonda Price and 20 year old Alfonso Martin tortured and abused the six week old child in early August. Police filed charges after reviewing the child's medical records but have not given an update on the child's condition. Price and Martin were in court this morning on a charge of child endangering and a judge set bond for each at one million dollars.
