Rehabbing Tip Using Scarcity For Higher Profits. I see too many investors wasting time shopping for different designs and layouts of different materials for each house they do. Now this is fine if it is something you enjoy doing but if you are in the business to make money those extra minutes add up. We like to find one or two designs and duplicate the house over and over as many times as we can until it is no longer working or the market has shifted what they are wanting and willing to pay for those particular houses. 

Many times as rehabbers we are rehabbing houses for top of the market for extended period times and we don't stop until the products we are buying get discontinued. It takes the emotion and anxiety of design choices out of the loop and you are able to knock out your rehab with the confidence that you know your buyer likes the rehab you just did and it will sell quickly. So this video was on doing something that is scarce or rare with your design because people want nice but different.
