Since Nicaragua's deadly political crisis erupted in April, Human Rights groups say up to 400 people have been killed and a 
further 600 are missing.
The peaceful protests that have spiraled into a wider opposition of President Daniel Ortega’s government have been 
continually attacked by pro-government paramilitaries.
Meanwhile, President Ortega has refused to step down or call elections.
