13s into the video, the velo's left wheel drops violently into one of the many potholes in our roads, and the tube gets a snakebite. Then I spend the next 10 minutes fixing the flat. I figured I'd show how it's done on a Quest, from a first-person viewpoint, in the real world (i.e. not a fake flat fixed on a sunny cycle path, filmed by a friend, with the boring bits cut out), for those who wonder how easy it is to live with a velo when things become less glamorous than the fast riding videos on Youtube show.
