The snow's on its way out, but will finish with a bang on Friday as heavy snow falls over most of the country. However, throughout Friday evening and overnight, this will turn into rain and so much, if not all of the snow will melt. Heavy rain is on the cards on Saturday too, with flooding possible after all the preciptiation we've been having of late. If there's any plusses to be had, it won't be as cold, with areas in the southwest reaching 10 Celsius during the day.
