Two guys, obviously a bit low on IQ, tried to "drift" a nondescript econobox with big exhaust pipes and silly decals (and a ruined engine, by the amount of blue smokes it belched out) around a local roundabout I had just passed. They only regained control of their car in the nick of time. I really thought those two lunatics would run into me from behind for a second.

Some days I wish these people lost their driver's license, and I could personally make them eat it...
