Had a lovely 3 course lunch at the Grand Copthorne Hotel, at a function. The insides of the hotel look to be recently renovated. Nicely done. Spotted this Singapore River memory wall, and there was a picture of the late Mr and Mrs Lee Kuan Yew enjoying a river cruise.
