CINCINNATI (WKRC) - Police said a Children's Hospital bus driver caused a fatal crash.

Donna Springs is charged with vehicular manslaughter and vehicular homicide for the November 2016, wreck with a motorcycle in Avondale.

Charles Reed, was on the bike. Investigators said Springs turned onto Winslow and ran into Reed.

The 50-year-old died a couple weeks after the wreck.
