GRANT COUNTY, Ky. (WRKC) -- Former Grant County band director charged with having sexual contact with a student could face more charges. Local 12 has learned Kenneth Owens is being investigated in Boone, Kenton, and Rowan counties over different incidents involving possibly other victims. Owens was the band director at Grant County High School.  He resigned when the charges came to light.
