Beyond Reality - Hell's Kitchen Recap 9/22/09
Last time on Hells Kitchen Van was sent home.  
Dave & Tennille were fighting over nominating Van.  
The challenge this week was to make a stunning dish in 45 mins.  No more team challenges - now its individual.  The dish will be judged solely on presentation by the staff of Bon Appetit magazine.  Then the top two will be judges on taste by Ramsey & the editor fron Bon Appetit magazine.  
They chose Kevin & Ariel as the top two.  It was a tie because both dishes were spectacular.  For reward they will both have their recipes featured in an upcoming edition of the magazine including a photoshoot.  The losers have to dress up like prisoners & clean up a street & Hells Kitchen.  
The winners dishes will also be on the menu at Hells Kitchen for service this week.  
Daves arm was overstressed so Kevin saw an opportunity to step up as the leader but he blew it when he overcooked the risotto rice.  Everyone else was having problems too with overcooked & undercooked food.  Ariel sent out some unattractive lamb and was humiliated in front of the dining room.  
Service was completed but it was done by sending out incomplete tables.  Ramsey was disappointed & there were no winners.  Everyone had to agree on two for nomination.  
Ariel & Suzanne were nominated.  
Ramsey sent home Suzanne.  
Next time - Get a Grip!
