Marian died at the hospital two days later.‚“It is on-going investigation and there are still some aspects that we are looking at and that's all I can really talk about at this point,‚ Fuller said.A Giles County court convicted Parker of arson in 1993, according to the TBI.During Tuesday‚„s proceeding Parker told the judge he had not hired an attorney. His case was handed over to the public defender's office.Prosecutors say, given the violent nature of case, the judge is wasting little time moving the case forward. There will be time for all the attorneys to make any motions or do any discovery that they need to do but he does want it to move along a little more quickly than sometimes the court does,‚ Fuller said.Parker was unable to make his $1 million dollar bond. He's scheduled to appear here at the Wilson County court again on April 8th. Funeral services for Jon and Marian Setzer are scheduled for noon this Saturday at the First Church of the Nazarene in Nashville.Follow us on Twitter @wztv_fox17 and LIKE us on Facebook for updates.
