DigInfo - http://movie.diginfo.tv - Motion sensors are used in a variety of electronic equipment, such as mp3 players, video cameras and mobile phones. Hokuriku have developed the smallest motion sensor in the world that is only 3mm in diameter. In the future, they plan to use the sensor in conjunction with a digital compass in mobile phones. The digital compass is used to show the direction and the motion sensor to show the angle of the device, creating an immersive navigation system which can rotate and tilt with the movement of the user.
