Radar Online reports that the 26-year-old actress will be tying the knot with her fiance' of nine months, Marcus Mumford.   
The ceremony for Mulligan and The Mumford and Sons will be held in the English countryside, where they will be surrounded by their closes family and friends.   
A source told Radar that quote "Carey and Marcus are counting down the days till they tie the knot! She is absolutely walking on air and can hardly contain her excitement.... They don't care that some of their friends think they are rushing things.... "They are madly in love and know they are perfect for each other."
Mulligan dated Shia LaBeouf -- whom she ended things with in 2010.  She was also briefly linked to Jake Gyllenhaal before becoming engaged to Marcus in August of 2011.
