Times are changing [the revolutionary tide is turning!]

In the US Bush is going. Let us say frankly: Michael Jackson wouldve made a better president than George Bush! The world may even be a little bit safer without him. But, we have also been thanking the President Elect [Obma] for things he hasnt done yet. He is a man who represents a system and it all depends upon the [US imperialist] establishment.

In Latin America The people of Latin America are becoming tired of being the back yard of the US and are learning to say no to US imperialism. Cuba is now more firmly integrated within the Latin American community than at any other time in her history.

While Cuba is more united with her sister Latin American States (Venezuela, Boliivia, Ecuador, Nicaragua, Argentina and there are any, many, more to come) the US cannot meddle with Cuba so freely as they used to do.

As you know, Fidel is no longer the president of Cuba; Raul Castro is now president.

In the past, people would ask me: What will happen to Cuba when Fidel is no Longer there? Well, the answer is now before them: Fidel has gone, but Cuba continues to grow stronger; in 50 years time the CPGB-ML will be holding another celebration, on the occasion of the 100th anniversary of the Cuban Revolution!

We want our friendship with the British people, and the CPGB-ML to grow and I am sure this will be the first of many occasions we are able to share together.

Hasta La Victoria Siempre!
