This isn't exactly a classic panna cotta recipe. I made this for Valentine's Day, so of course it's pink and heart-shaped. Classic panna cotta comes from the Piedmont region of Italy - the name means 'cooked cream'. The main ingredients of panna cotta are cream and milk, set with gelatine. It's a very simple dessert, but very difficult to get right.
