CINCINNATI (Liz Bonis) -- A word of caution Wednesday from cardiologists at the Christ Hospital as we look at this snow and need to remove it.This is the kind of snow that we refer to as heart attack snow, which means you are in danger from both the cold and the pressure that you can have a heart event.Doctor Dean Kereiakes from Christ Hospital said, The isometric part of the exercise which is the dig into the snow, that grunt and strain in combination with the cold air... it is a bad combination.Now quick reminder, these symptoms can happen in both men and women.  But they may be a little different in women.
