Fred Astaire and Ginger Rogers sang this song in the classic musical film, 'Swing Time' in 1936.  The music is by Jerome Kern; lyrics are by Dorothy Fields.  Many artists have recorded it over the years including Ella Fitzgerald with Louis Armstrong(1957), Billie Holiday, Lena Horne, Frank Sinatra, Lawrence Welk Orchestra, and Marilyn Monroe.  Piano stylist Wally Krauss  is still having fun playing the old tunes for our pleasure!  Recorded 10/2/10 in Williamston, Michigan.  Wally turned 95 in January 2017.
