CINCINNATI (Liz Bonis) -- You might need to pile the veggies on your kid's favorite foods according to a new report. There's no question about it, you need to get kids moving early. At the Cincinnati Museum Center you can start them as young as 2-years-old. The center has ball play areas and kiddie yoga but a new report found that you also need to get them eating well early. There are four foods that the report found that supply most of kid's vegetables. Public health experts found they get veggies in kids ages 2 to 18 are mainly in pasta, pizza, chili and soups. That means you need to add a lot of veggies to these foods. Experts found four out of ten veggies eaten in kids come from these foods, so you are going to need to pile on veggies whenever you can. The message here is that you should get them exercising, but get the veggies in what they will actually eat. Follow Liz Bonis on Twitter @lbonis1, and LIKE her on Facebook.
