Pavlova is a delicious dessert of meringue, whipped cream and fruit. It is hugely popular in Australia and New Zealand. According to whom you believe, pavlova was invented in either Australia or New Zealand in the early 20th century to honour the ballerina Anna Pavlova. Whatever its origins, pavlova is a modern classic dessert and it's moderately easy to make.
