Battle 6 'Arms Race' Mission #3: Convoy Escort

I had to speed things up a little to make it fit in 11 minutes. Failed a couple of times too, but they are not here now, because it would go over the timelimit.

"With the TIE Defender prototypes safely on their way to Coruscant, and Emperor Palpatine, Admiral Zaarin awaited the arrival of a convoy carrying new beam weapon equipment. Temporarily exposed because of the hyperlane locations, Freighters Anterab and Degathem required armed escort from their jump point to Platform Research. Zaarin assigned Gunboats Tau to escort the freighters until they could relinquish their cargo. Flight group Tau patrolled around Zaarins research facility as Freighters Anterab and Degathem arrived, escorted by Escort Shuttle Omicron 5. Rebel forces wasted no time as X-wings Blue emerged from hyperspace, beginning a Proton torpedo attack on the research platform. Following Blue group came B-wings from Red attacking Shuttle Omicron 5. Fooled by a Rebel diversion, Assault Gunboats spilt their attack force to counter the incoming fighters, as Rebel Assault Transports Storm entered the system firing their Ion cannons at the Imperial convoy. Imperial Gunboats scrambled to destroy the B-wings and Assault Transports as they attempted to capture the freighters. Rapidly depleting their warhead magazines, Imperial fighters succeeded in eliminating the ominous enemy transports, but still competed against the hardy B-wing starfighters. Imperial commanders noticed odd weaponry used by the B-wing fighters, ordering the escort fighters to disable one for capture. With remaining B-wings disabled, Gunboats Tau concentrated on eliminating the X-wing threat, surprised by the arrival of A-wings Gold. Gold group began attacking the disabled B-wings, their own fighters. Astounded yet again, Imperial starfighters diverted to break up the A-wing assault, sparing at least one B-wing for capture by Heavy Lifter U3f14. The Heavy Lifter successful docked and secured an enemy B-wing as Gunboats Tau returned to the remaining starfighter threats. Degathem and Anterab also completed their docking operations, returning to hyperspace as Imperial fighters destroyed the remaining rebel attackers."

Let's Play Star Wars: TIE Fighter

Game: TIE Fighter Collectors' CD-ROM Edition
Released: July 1995
Developer: Totally Games
Publisher: LucasArts
Platform: DOS

This is the Collectors' CD-ROM Edition, wich comes with 2 expansion packs; "Defender of the Empire" and "Enemies of the Empire"

So, this is me playing TIE Fighter, Collectors' CD-ROM edition. I have never completed TIE Fighter, and this game includes 2 expansion packs, so I've got a lot of surprises ahead of me. And because I'm a rookie at this game, so I don't know every bonus mission, and I probably die often, but I edit the deaths out so you don't have to watch everything again and again.

And oh, this is not a complete extra ultimate edition super walkthrough, it's just me. :)

Because of the 10 minute limit, these videos will come in bits and pieces.
