This is a nursery rhyme sung to the tune of Down By The Station (1948), a melody similar to the popular French song Alouette (1879). In some versions the Fairy turns Little Bunny Foo-foo into a Goon (old English for Goose) with a pun ending "Hare today, Goon tomorrow."
