People are working hard in Vietnam, rice cultivation is on the forefront of Agriculture in Lao Cai and Sapa, and surrounding areas. What is so astonishing, the hardship is not visible on the people s faces. They look mostly fresh and are strong. Nutritional factors are counting high in their daily lives. Like everywhere in Vietnam Lao Cai region and surrounding areas people depend largely on vegetables they grow themselves, without pesticides and fertilizers, except manure.
