9-Page Resume of Human Resource Professional in Dubai, UAE - A Resume Disasters!

I receive quite a number of resumes of people who are interested to look out for jobs or who want better opportunities. But the big problem is that people do not use their common sense where presentation is concerned. Or for that matter - simply business sense.
In this resume you will see the following glaring mistakes:
1) This Resume is 9 pages long
2) Almost all the information stated in this Resume is totally unnecessary, repetitive & useless
3) Nothing the candidate states or shares is useful to the employer
4) There are grammatical & spelling mistakes in the Resume
5) The Resume is very poorly presented with no effort made to ensure its professionalism.
Given such glaring drawbacks, I seriously wonder how this candidate can ever be taken seriously in the corporate. Another point I found out which was bad in his resume was the fact that he constantly kept changing jobs. He would work for a company for a year and then change to another company. And this was done a total of 5 times in the past 5 years.
So overall, I present my thoughts on this resume.
