Suspended judge files civil rights lawsuit

HAMILTON COUNTY, Ohio (WKRC) -- Suspended Hamilton County juvenile court Judge Tracie Hunter filed a new federal civil rights lawsuit against a long list of county leaders and attorneys.      The more than 20 defendants in the suit included the county board of commissioners, other judges and Prosecutor Joe Deters. It claimed they subjected Hunter to different standards than her predecessors or other white judges.      Hunter was suspended as a juvenile court judge after her 2014 indictment on nine charges.
