Bakersfield topped out at 76 degrees...shy of the record high of 84 for this day, but still well above normal. We'll see a repeat of 70s on Saturday as cooler afternoon highs move in on Sunday. Rain chances return area-wide on Tuesday and Wednesday with snow levels likely dropping to 3,000 feet by next week. Our rain totals remain at 45% of normal so we do need more. This is our wettest month of the year and it's been far too dry.
