The ministry of health in Embu county has stepped up efforts to sensitize the public against preventable diseases that affect residents of Runyenjes, Mbeere South and Manyatta sub counties. Residents of the areas are at a risk of contracting Cholera and Anthrax on account of practices that create a high chance of the spread of the diseases.
