A lot of my journaling practice revolves around connecting to the rhythms and cycles of nature and we've got a Wheel of The Year point coming up pretty shortly here. Today I'm sharing 3 ways I use my journal to connect the Wheel of the Year with processing, with my personal development, and with my goals and dreams. 1. Journaling with the land This is where I notice what's going on in the world around me, very specifically by walking the land I'm stewarding (aka my front and back yards) seeing what's changing and writing about it. 2. Processing Journaling This is where I check in with my tarot card of the year and see how I'm moving along with what the card is teaching me about myself. 3. Creation Journaling Checking in with my dreams and goals by putting images that connect me to them in a more tangible way.
