This week's edition of "This is the Point" focuses on the dispute between the national and county governments over medical equipment worth Sh38billion that was leased to the regional governments. This is after governors protested what they termed as an arbitrary increase on the equipment from Sh4.5 billion to Sh9 billion. Each county will now be paying Sh200million from the previous agreement of Sh97.7 million.
