Malaysia has officially notified Singapore that its want to review its water deal with the republic, which has long been a thorny issue among the two countries.

 Prime Minister Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad who raised the matter to his counterpart, Lee Hien Loong today said Singapore has shown its willingness to negotiate.
