Kenyans give views on instant traffic fines on motorists set to start in November

The High Court has allowed police officers to impose instant fines on motorists for minor offences. Justice John Mativo said the Traffic (Minor Offences) rules were necessitated by the need to curb corruption in the traffic department of the police service, speed up cases and bring sanity on roads. NTV's Kevin Mutai went to the streets of Nairobi to speak to motorists on their views on the new law.
