Thanksgiving is around the good the corner and I would like to share this easy pumpkin cheesecake recipe. This is good for potluck or even to even eat at home. Recipe: 1 can pumpkin puree 1 can condense milk 1 package of cream cheese 3/4 cups sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 teaspoon cinnamon 2 egg 1 8 ounce sour cream Stir them really well with a blender and pour into pre made pie crust. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degree and turn off heat and let it stays in the oven for another 1 hour.
