I headed south over the weekend to Capitol Reef National Park for one of my university classes. Capitol Reef is one of my favorite places in Utah and recommend it to everyone! We spent most of our time hiking on various trails, including Spring Canyon, and Pleasant Creek. The university I attend runs the Field Station that is within the park, and is tucked away near Pleasant Creek.
