ಕೊಡಗಿನಲ್ಲಾದ ಪ್ರಕೃತಿ ವಿಕೋಪದಿಂದ ಜನ ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯರು ಮಾತ್ರವಲ್ಲದೆ ಪ್ರಾಣಿಗಳು ಕೂಡಾ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಗೆ ಸಿಲುಕಿವೆ. ಅನಿಮಲ್​ ಕೇರ್​ ಹಾಗೂ ಕ್ಯೂಪಾ ಸಂಘಟನೆಯ 100ಕ್ಕೂ ಅಧಿಕ ಸದಸ್ಯರು ದುರಂತಕ್ಕೊಳಗಾದ ಸ್ಥಳಗಳಿಗೆ ತೆರಳಿ ಸದ್ದಿಲ್ಲದೆ ಪ್ರಾಣಿಗಳ ರಕ್ಷಣೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಆರೈಕೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ತೊಡಗಿಸಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ. 

More that 100 animal lovers from Animal care and Cupa organization are in Kodagu rescuing and protecting flood affected animals. Thousands of animals are still stranded and they are in need of food and health care.
