Spanish parliament to vote on the emergency decree to remove the remains of Francisco Franco from the Valley of the Fallen near Madrid, giving the authorities permission to carry out the exhumation without objection or legal claims from his descendants. 
It is expected to pass with the support of most of the country's political parties. The People's Party (PP) is set to abstain, as is the centre-right Ciudadnos (Citizens) party, which objects to the use of the emergency decree.
