HI Everyone: On February 1, 2014 at 12:45 p.m. my Customer had his Volvo towed in for a no start condition. The driver towed this rear wheel drive vehicle on the freeway from the front which can damage the transmission. Then he dragged the exhaust and rear lower panels on the drive way. I asked the driver why he is towing the vehicle this way? The driver stated he didn't know it was a rear wheel drive vehicle. I called the towing company and asked for the supervisor, a man named Ben came on the phone and said he will be responsible for any damage to the vehicle. I informed Ben the vehicle is here for a no start and I can't check the transmission function until the no start concern is addressed. Then I asked Ben for his Last Name and Ben informed me that I'm not his customer and he Will Not give me his last name. A few minutes later my customer informed me that Ben called him and stated " your mechanic is trying to rip you off". That's when I asked my customers permission to post this video. I was trained in this Automobile Industry by some very smart people who informed me that when another business person won't give there last name that something is wrong.
