Ahead of world Aids day tomorrow it's worth remembering that South Africa has the biggest HIV epidemic in the world. 7.2 million people are living with HIV in South African. The adult prevalence is close to 19 per cent. That means nearly 1 in five people between the ages of 15 and 49 are living with HIV.
