http://www.TravelsWithSheila.com There happens to be a Slow Food Festival in Brasov the day we visit in the Town Square. Small tents are set up to sell, and distribute free samples, of different foods. The only exception not distributing was the Schnaps or Brandy man who was not giving away anything! (I can certainly understand why!) Steve and I walked back and forth sampling cheeses, cakes and even elk sausage before discovering an ice cream concession with such delicious ice cream, we promptly snarfed down a second.
