Nicole Hart is a Blues force to be reckoned with. The talented tornado with the sultry and powerful voice ignited the stage with Frank Ward & the Nucklebusters at Boston's on the Beach's Red White & Blues Festival in Delray Beach, FL, on July 4, 2012.
