From The Heart was an interactive public engagement project inspired by the human heart, commissioned by the Wellcome Trust in London to coincide with the launch of their medically themed exhibition. This project was created and directed by Eugene Skeef in collaboration with Roxana Vilk - nee Pope -- (dancer, singer, filmmaker), featuring Kit Downes (jazz pianist, composer) and Pauline Madden and Dave Ravelle on percussion. Thanks to Lisa Jamieson on behalf of Wellcome Trust, Richard Mallett for project management, Cecile Schoonbrood for filming and all the workshop participants for their generosity.
