Moscow and Kiev exchange warnings over tightening tensions

Russian President Vladimir Putin has warned Ukraine against any "reckless acts" after Kiev declared martial law, in response to Moscow's seizure of three of its navy vessels. Russia's intelligence agency released a video of three crew members from the Ukrainian vessels, supposedly being interviewed by Russian officials. In the video, the three Ukrainians appear to admit to having entered Russian waters.
