The Federation of Young Employers is rallying its members to become more innovative in the processes of human capital utilisation that can make their businesses more competitive.  

Douglas Opio, the Executive Director of the Federation says cost attributes to innovations can enable companies to achieve more productivity, output and competitive. 

This during an engagement with CEOs from different organisations here in Kampala, on work place innovativeness.
