Advocacy group, Unite Behind, has launched a new campaign aimed at putting pressure on passenger rail agency PRASA and Metro Rail to fulfill their mandate of providing a proper public rail service. Train services in Cape Town have been severely impacted recently by on-going arson, vandalism, and theft of rail infrastructure. To discuss we're joined by the SABC's Vanessa Poonah.
