Looking for a great back cover for your iPad Mini?  The Tech21 Impact Mesh for the iPad Mini does a great job in protecting the exposed back and sides of the iPad Mini while still displaying the slim good looks of the device itself.  Designed as a companion case for the Apple Smart Cover, the Tech21 Impact Mesh is available in smoke, pink and blue, as well as a clear option, which is the one I chose.  It shows off the back of the iPad Mini perfectly, and is accented on the sides by Tech21's magic D3O goo, which promises to provide significant impact protection by hardening at the point of impact to protect your device.  In my opinion, the orange edges add a cool, high tech appearance to this case.  Overall, it is a very pleasing case to use.  It adds a bit of grip to the iPad Mini's otherwise slippery aluminum casing, but adds almost no additional thickness or weight to the device.  Port cut-outs are well positioned and button presses work well.  If you are looking for an super Smart Cover companion case, this is an excellent choice.
