Looking to impress your friends and get envious looks from strangers?  Get a Verus Iron Shield for your iPhone 6 or 6 Plus!  Seriously, it is a very attractive case and looks more expensive than you probably bought it for.  Like all cases, the price moves around a lot, but it is usually available on Amazon for around $25, if it is in stock.  (If it is out of stock, the price may be unnaturally inflated).

This case is a two piece case, with a nice thick TPU rubber inner case that you slide an aluminum frame over the sides to complete the case.  It is a little tricky to put on and take off, but not bad. (It isn’t one of the case installations that makes you worried that you are going to scratch or bend your precious iPhone.)  Just follow the instructions on the little card that comes with the case.  Once it is on the iPhone, it is very sturdy feeling and gives a nice grip to the iPhone.  I wouldn’t call it super-grippy, but it is just enough to feel more comfortable when holding the phone.

Some people have expressed concern that the aluminum on the sides of the case can interfere with reception, but I did not find that to be the case.  All the functions of the iPhone 6 Plus worked fine with the case.  Cut-outs are nicely sized, precisely placed and look very good.  The camera worked flawlessly.  Buttons were clicky and responsive.
