My PC specs are:
Motherboard: Gigabyte 970A-DS3P
CPU: AMD FX-8350 
RAM: Patriot Viper Series 2x4GB + G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series
2x4GB
GPU: ASUS Strix R9 390 8GB 

For some reason, this game runs like I'm playing in slow motion. I've enabled the GX2 GPU Fence Skip Hack and it doesn't seem to help at all. With my specs, I don't think I should be lagging this bad.
