Ministry of transport issues new guidelines on speed governors for PSV

The ministry of Transport, alongside relevant stakeholders, has come up with new guidelines for the licensing of suppliers of speed governors. This is due to the fact that the speed limiting devices standard, that came into effect on the 1st of April 2014, has since been revised. This is part of the ongoing road safety crackdown, that has seen the public transport sector adhere to Michuki rules.
