How to make Washing Soda for Natural Laundry Detergent! We use about 1/2 a tablespoon of this and only this for washing our cloth diapers for our baby. We also use it as a base for our natural laundry detergent. We couldn't find washing soda here in Israel and I'm sure there are other countries where it is hard to find as well. We are trying to live as chemical free as possible in our home without sacrificing cleanliness. This works GREAT! It is even better than prepared detergents that you can buy in the store.

Works wonders for skin allergies as well. Use this instead of detergent and you will notice how powerful your sense of smell becomes again. We also do not use fabric softener because it deadens your senses and can disrupt your endocrine system functions.
