In addition to celebrating O'Neill's 60th Anniversary, the O'Neill Coldwater Classic Santa Cruz is back for an exciting ASP World Tour event in Northern California with a waiting period from November 1st-11th , 2012.  The top competitors will return to Santa Cruz's iconic Steamer Lane to try and earn the points they need to become the 2012 World Champion.  Currently, Joel Parkinson (AUS) is keeping the seat warm for first place position as the men begin the Rip Curl Pro Portugal this week in Peniche. Just days after the event at Subertubos, athletes will travel to sunny California to surf to one of the best point breaks on the globe in Santa Cruz.  Parko will try to defend his Top 5 ranking going into the O'Neill Coldwater Classic.
