This is a song about Rainbowdash and a struggle of her only being happy when she makes others happy and not being content unless everyone is happy. I know a lot of people have this curse of "I can't be happy unless they are," and personally, yeah, I have it too. It really sucks! But you have to learn to love yourself and you have to learn that its important that you can make yourself happy too. You can't please everyone in the universe, you are only one person/pony. Rainbowdash wants to make all her friends happy constantly, and the struggle is killing her inside. She craves to be loyal 24/7 to EVERYPONY and she wants to prove that she's more then just a Vision of Loyalty.
