and so you wish this would come to pass
in a thousand years I'll get my kingdom back,
no sunshine for the land below,
a nightmare meant to silently attack,
I will make you into night,
a blanket meant to comfort,
and keep you from the light,
rest easy my children,
for you will soon be mine,
the night shall last forever,
no sunlight left to shine,

gather round and listen,
a new age is to come,
no pony left to stop me,
the fear will keep you numb,
it's been so long since I have seen,
the land in which I reigned,
into a void where I can keep,
you princess well contained,
oh I have returned just bow to me,
and know the moon is all you'll ever see,
oh I have returned to show you all,
the ruler you once knew was meant to fall.
